…says no contract awarded to Crystal Group
A High Court sitting in Ilorin has struck out a serial blackmailer Mashood Mustapha’s suit against the Kwara State Government.
The Court presided over by Hon Justice E B Mohammed held that a draft agreement, an unsigned agreement by either of the parties is worthless and can not cloth Crystal Group of Companies Limited the legal right to institute the action on Kwara Hotel against Kwara State Government.
In the judgment, the court considered all the parties’ arguments and ruled that the Claimants suit against Kwara State Government on Kwara Hotels Limited is hereby struck out.
