Ilorin, the capital city of Kwara State, came alive on Boxing Day, Thursday, December 26, 2024, as Finestz Adigun brought the house down with his rib-cracking comedy show.
The Banquet Hall was packed to capacity as a diverse crowd of celebrities, politicians, and people of all ages gathered to enjoy the hilarious performances of the multi-talented comedian, Finestz Adigun and other talented artists – comedians and musicians,from across Nigeria.
Dubbed “Comedy and Music with Finestz”, the event proved to be a fantastic way to cap off the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
Culture and tradition were also on full display, as the audience was wowed by the performance showcasing Sango and his awe-inspiring thunderous activities.
Impressed by the outstanding performance of Alfa Kekere, the popular wonder kid, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq took the stage and announced a N500,000 scholarship to support and encourage the young content creator.
The Governor was represented by his Special Adviser on Special Duty, Alhaji Rasaq Jiddah. He revealed that the Governor has been following Alfa Kekere on Facebook and had been trying to locate him, but was thrilled to finally meet him in person.
Ibrahim Chatta, on behalf of Africhatta Nollywood Film Village, also extended a generous gesture of support to Alfa Kekere, with a sum of N500,000.
