With a heart full of gratitude, I give all glory to Almighty God for His grace and guidance throughout this journey. I also extend my sincere appreciation to the leadership of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), party faithful, supporters, and every son and daughter of Kwara South who believed in this vision and contributed in one way or another.
I am deeply honoured and profoundly grateful for the confidence our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), has reposed in me by entrusting me with its flag as the Senatorial Candidate for Kwara South. I accept this nomination with humility, a deep sense of responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to service. I regard this not as a personal achievement, but as a sacred trust and a collective mandate to represent the hopes and aspirations of the people of Kwara South with integrity, compassion, diligence, and purpose
I wish to specially acknowledge and appreciate my respected co-aspirants. Your participation enriched the democratic process and reflected our shared passion for the growth and prosperity of Kwara South. While we may have competed for the party’s ticket, we remain members of one family, united by a common goal. I extend my hand of fellowship and sincerely invite us all to come together as one, because the task ahead is greater than any individual ambition.
The future we envision can only be achieved through unity of purpose and collective action. Meaningful, people-centred leadership is built on listening to our people, embracing our diversity, respecting differing perspectives, and harnessing our collective strengths in pursuit of the common good. United by a shared vision, we can provide effective representation, expand opportunities for our youth, empower our women, strengthen our local economy, improve access to quality education and healthcare, support our farmers and entrepreneurs, enhance the safety of our communities, and drive inclusive, sustainable development across every part of Kwara South.
As we move into the next phase of this journey, I pledge to remain accessible, accountable, and committed to the aspirations of our people. Together, we will run a campaign built on ideas, respect, and solutions that address the real needs of our communities.
