The Kwara South APC Senatorial Candidate, Prince Olalekan Adewoye, has met with the Coalition of Kwara State House of Assembly Aspirants, urging aggrieved members to sheath their swords and work collectively with all APC candidates toward the success of the party in the 2027 general elections.
Adewoye made the appeal during a meeting with members of the coalition, stressing the need for reconciliation, unity and collective commitment to the party’s success across Kwara South.
Speaking on behalf of the coalition, its Secretary, Hon. Barr. Nasirudeen Arisekola Suleiman, thanked Prince Adewoye for his intervention and commitment to fostering unity among party members.
Arisekola Suleiman, while expressing concerns over alleged irregularities during the primary elections, pledged the coalition’s unalloyed support for Prince Adewoye and the overall success of the APC in the forthcoming elections.
Also speaking, Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi, a Kwara South Senatorial aspirant, appealed to members of the coalition to prioritise the victory of the party and commended Prince Adewoye for the gesture and initiative toward reconciliation.
At the end of the meeting, members of the coalition resolved to support Prince Lekan Adewoye and work with other APC candidates to strengthen the party’s unity and secure victory in the 2027 general elections.
