The Kwara South APC Senatorial Candidate, Prince Olalekan Adewoye, has engaged the executives of Omo Ibile Igbomina, led by its National President, Sir Bisi Fakayode, as part of consultations and stakeholder engagements ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Prince Adewoye was accompanied by the APC Kwara South Senatorial Aspirant, Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi (ENACT), and other APC candidates, including the party’s candidate for the Ifelodun/Offa/Oyun Federal Constituency, Dr. Rafiu Ajakaye.
Speaking at the engagement, Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi appreciated Omo Ibile Igbomina for its support and pledged to work collectively with the group and other stakeholders towards the success of Prince Adewoye and the APC in the 2027 elections.
In his remarks, the National President of Omo Ibile Igbomina, Sir Bisi Fakayode, expressed confidence in Prince Adewoye’s candidacy, highlighting his philanthropic interventions and contributions to the development of communities across Kwara South.
Sir Bisi reaffirmed the organisation’s support for Adewoye and stressed the importance of the senator representing the Igbomina bloc. He said the group was prepared to support Adewoye as a proud son of Igbomina and work towards his emergence at the polls.
Responding, Prince Adewoye thanked Sir Bisi Fakayode and the entire Omo Ibile Igbomina executive for their support and confidence in his candidacy. He pledged an inclusive approach, effective representation and continued engagement with all communities if elected as Senator representing Kwara South.
